AWSL and MEVT and EPRO. Same management, and unfortunately a lot of the same shenanigans. If you are looking for proof just read the press releases from AWSL, MEVT, and EPRO from the past 2 years and see how many of the promises made have actually come true. Also pay attention to how eerily similar the reasons for things not coming through are in all three companies. Seeing patterns like these with the same management across different companies never bodes well for the future. Let's hope this management does a 180 and starts treating their shareholders with some decency and respect. Following through on something from a press release would be a start (something other than a "dividend" which really turns out to just be restricting more shares and thus keeping shareholders tied up in the company for longer periods of time).
