If jeffrey said this, I agree. IDCC will not receive technology royalties from QCOM for their chipsets used in the Verizon or Sprint versions of the iPhone, or any other Apple device that may use a QCOM chip in the future.

But that doesn't matter; because as of today Apple is evidently still utilizing the IFX chipset, at least in the GSM migration carriers, and more importantly each and every iPhone sold since 1 April 2011 is garnering per-unit royalties. So we get paid either way.
