What people care about here carmil1 is if there is a naked short problem with this stock then lets present the evidence on both sides to finra and the sec. Some people say there is no serious illegal naked short issue with EIGH. Some people say there is a HUGE naked short issue here with EIGH. Both sides deserve to present there facts and figures and the sec and finra who work for all of us (pro and con) need to just do the job we all pay them for as tax payers, and let them make their decisions and go from there. Share holders are allowed to ask the sec and finra to investigate the claims of illegal activities on their stock aquisitions on equities they own, as that is the role of both US tax dollar payed for agencies. Just do your job, please finra, please sec, and restore faith in the small individual, retail investor here in our US markets. the time has come for both agencies to stand up and represent in totallity the folks that pay your salaries, and expect for you to do the job you were hired to do. YOU WORK FOR THE UNITED STATES TAX PAYER!! NOT WALL STREET< NOT THE HEDGE FUNDS, please remember who you work for, what your job description is, and JUST DO YOUR JOB!!!!
