no i believe they have had plenty of alone time in negotiations behind closed doors. i think susman is going give them an offer they cant refuse and settlement will take place very quietly. he is our acting agent right. he has the authority to settle for an appropriate number based on the numbers he knows that are and the ones they are trying to throw out. i think susman already knows his number and is going to get it by hitting them with the insider trading info timeline, the project west premeditated takedown and collusion with the fdic and hedgies. funny how all thisstarted after the "hanging chad" controversy with bush? the dems wanted to make sure their party didnt lose next time so they cooked up the economic crisis to get BO elected. and in the interim fdic doesnt have to cover any loses on deposits? because wamu was a non-impact event? can you say impending tsunami!
