There seems to be a consensus that the arb decision will be delayed (beyond May 31) only if both IDCC and NOK agree to it, ie: for negotiating a settlement.

It seems to me that both parties would be able to negotiate better if they knew the arb results beforehand. My question is: can IDCC and NOK be given a private result before it is made public or are they required by SEC rules to report it to the public?
