I just filed a complaint with FINRA against SMPP. I would suggest everyone do the same.

You can do so anonymously, but we'll get much better results if you file with your info. FINRA acts only if they get enough complaints (so just me complaining won't do much). It doesn't cost anything and the most you'll get is an email back, but when FINRA acts they do a good job of it. The management of this company is a complete joke and I'm sick of being at their mercy.
