My guess is that the ask volume is up because the yield sign is up. And my guess is that the yield sign is up because that haven't submitted their Q1 report to PS. Perhaps the "interim financial report" they submitted on April 19 doesn't count as an actual Quarterly report. Sounds like a Q1 "on the cheap" to me. Then again, everything with this company is "on the cheap."

It seems as though they should've filed their Q1 by now. Again, just a guess.
