OK, you are right, lets look at it this way sometimes you have to borrow your way out of debt. If they are growing they need money to grow, they have to issue shares, how they do it is going to be key, for us to think they will not issue shares to raise money for growth is to be unrealistic. What they must do is create a hell of anti-dilution clause in their agreement when they issue shares.
