4 Day rule is for "Definitive Agreement", I have not heard of a definitive agreement has anyone? however I think the company at its election can release a 8k to announce an interest but an interest is not a definitive agreement. My gut feeling say we see a 8k on Monday. They have to think about how to respond to yesterdays drop and the 8k in my view will be the most effective way to do it
