That's all well and good, but it didn't answer my question...and as you can see from my previous post you replied to....I already knew that a person could go to the SEC website and search via the CIK # or the Securities name. I was trying to find out if the CIK# can change if IHSN does R/M with Carmil...or will it stay the same. That way, in case the company has begun (it hasn't yet) filing with the SEC and chose not to publicize this until after the R/M...a very determined investor could find the filings.

But never the less, I appreciate your input and any/all input from anyone else as well.
