If you want to research companies filings you can go here to the SEC site and enter the company name or CIK number or the stock symbol. In our case for IHSN if you enter CIK 0001120691 you will pull up old filings from previous names before IHSN became Innovative health Sciences. If you search by ticker symbol IHSN or by its name or by the Carmil name you will see it does not return any results. And i also do not believe that a pink sheet stock has to file or make this public knowledge until after it has done all it is going to do with the reverse merger and what it maight du to the shares or the stock as in loeaving it the same or doing a forward stock spilt if there is a low share count etc. Think we wil just have to wait and see and one thing is for sure with all the rverse mergers I have seen and been in it is usually very good news for existing sharholders a sthe PPS usually sky rockets during the first week or so and then may or may not back off some as in all cases each r/m is unique, so that part we will have to see how it plays out. Again GLTA the longs and those who have held.

Almost forgot the link to research filings by companies to the SEC:
