I have a question for the board...

Does a company's CIK # change when the company gets renamed or Reverse Merges with another company?
(The CIK is a unique, public number that is assigned to each entity that submits filings to the SEC.)

ex: Innovative Health Sciences, Inc.'s CIK#: 0001120691

This CIK number stayed the same throughout it's past history, but upon Chris Winter taking over IHNS and changing it to IHSN, the CIK stayed the same, but Winter then stopped reporting to the SEC
(under his rights as a Pink, he's not required).

The reason I ask is, if IHSN suddenly becomes a fully reporting company...under a new company name...would be be able to track it through the CIK#?

The reason I ask THIS is, if I am not mistaken, under PS rules Chris Winter is not required to report to the public that his company IHSN is now fully reporting, right? That be the case, couldn't he become fully reporting then R/M with Carmil Energy and change the name of the company? PS companies are not required to report a R/M, right?

Wouldn't this logic work? Is it possible to be done this way? Doing things this way and then reporting to the public that they are fully reporting, released audited financials, and have already completed R/M.....this could really drive things to craziness.

These are just some questions that popped into my head last night while I was trying to fall asleep.
