The merger happen less than a year ago, more like 9 month ago. It was Sept 2010. RTGV brought operating business, which they are now generating revenues from and we are talking about. In any case, RTGV is still a very young operating company and they obviously have some great ideas about businesses to develope. The thing that is hard to believe is that this stock traded north of 4 cents when it was developmental stage, and now hangs around 1 cent as an operating company. They need to prove that they can deliver the revenues.
