Evolution Fuels was one devious and elaborate scam. It was not just "promising" PRs you read, but there were even photos of physical signboards, station. We now know all of these were never meant to be completed. Dennis went into great lengths to erect signboards, rent a station to put a marquee, set up a Facebook account and make this thing look real so as to deceive as many people as he could. I wonder how he is even able to sleep at night knowing the deeds he has done.
