I emailed Jerry Deutsch this morning about the CE being removed and he actually emailed me back. From the looks of his responce it will not be coming off for a week or so. Below is his response to my email:

Thank you for asking.
While I am delighted to inform you that we have filed our financials and updates with OTCPinksheets, the delay is in their review and additional requests/requirments/information that were sent back for our completion. This is being worked on and I anticipate the CE being removed once the OTCPinksheets receives and reviews the updated information.
