I spoke to a representative at OTC Markets (pink sheets). They said that the file was reviewed and that ABPR was missing a few documents which is very common for the extensive reporting. The company was informed which documents they needed to produce. Once they resubmit the Caveat Emptor will be removed. While this is a small hiccup it is par for the course and soon we will be current with great NEWS. It is clear the investors believe this to be true or elese you would see panic selling. Instead, most are holding and wise.
