Mr. Leonard is compensated $6,000.00 USD (Six Thousand United States Dollars) per month for his position as President with Tytan Holdings, Inc. and beneficially owns 600,000,000 (Six Hundred Million) shares of Common stock and owns 500,000 (Five Hundred Thousand) shares of Preferred Series A stock.

Then later on page 29:
