I find it very interesting Patchman..that you post who I talked to and what was asked and answered over a period of three weeks..As I said I had many back and forth calls until an answer was given and it was very specific to EXPH..Now..I have asked you to call and either verify the information I was given or get facts to dispute it..yet your post still speculate who I talked to and what I heard..Once again..FTDs were not being reported for EXPH because they were not registered and wouldn't be reported until they did get registered and filed..It took three weeks of my persistant calling to get the answer..In fact the ones you keep saying I talked to had no answer in my very first phone calls and referred me to the SEC lawyer..who in turn..took quite a while to get back to me..I'll await your call and report...veno
