I talked to a SEC attorney..

They are *all* lawyers regardless of where they work. I guarantee that the person you spoke to did *not* contact the DTC to ask why they were excluding your data from an automated system.

Enforcement would not have the answers and market reg will not give out company specific information but general rules and laws. Unless an attorney spoke *directly* with the DTCC about EXPH *specifically* any answer they gave you was non-descript. It requires an explanation as to why they would *specifically* put in place something that goes outside their *automated* system.
