This could change just before the market opens, but right now, the spread is .039/.0395 with 1MM on each.

At .038 there are 3MMs on the bid, which signifies nice support at that level. On the ask, it's pretty thin with the next MM coming at .042, then .045 and so on. But what typically happens, is that if it hits .0395 in this case, you will see more MMs come down on the ask and it won't look so thin.

You can't read the L2s and tell what will happen for an entire day. It's more helpful moment figuring out when to buy and sell as you can better gauge where support and resistance are and whether they'll hold.
