In another month or three, it will be time again for Innovative to do its annual fund raising to have cash for the winter selling season, as stated before, who will buy the stock from the CEO so he can lend the company money? If the company can raise the cash only via stock sales, how many new shares will hit the market?

I have yet to sell all my stock, I am waiting for some signes of life, and will sell into it.
