Exactly. Luken Communications may become the white-knight
who will save VLCO from a hostile takeover (If that is
what is about to happen.)
Manning (now at 43.3%) will need to get his hands on 10 million
plus more shares to get control at 50.1%. Those shares are not
as easy to come by now as they were 3 months ago. If Manning
is forced to buy in the open market our share price will move
nicely. If VLCO/Luken make a R/M deal our share price will move
nicely also. So I think we gonna be OK in any case. JMO
