Companies like TDCP generally are much further along in their stuff than what they let on in public. I am sure they already have a prototype ready for the FDA and have had one for some time. By the time you and I see statements like the kind they made in the 10K about a FDA submission/approval for CSpace, the product is already in the bag. A company like TDCP which is pushing the tech envelop must always be concerned with rivals and company espionage. Not only are their American companies who would be interested in jumping ahead of TDCP by stealing their technology but governments who do not respect patent laws such as China would love to get in on the act too. Usually by the time something is put in writing such as the just released paper by Dr. Refai, he is writing about stuff he did last year or the year earlier, i.e. its old news at TDCP. If TDCP gets this proto-type to the FDA this year and I think they will, all bets are off on what will happen to the stock.
