back pocket PR,

the back pocket PR to cushion the blow of a dissapointing Q is a nice gesture. that they came in 300k below my low estimate is still stunning to me.

I see their strategy, but missunderstood the nature of their revenue stream.

I didn't realize that their current staff needed to abandon SMB sales efforts in order to land the BASFs et al.

I worry Credant is going to take the SMB market as Wave is essentially ceding that space
