Hi Gary,

Okay, but as I understand it this is unique about the Cetek Process:

1. "The process involves proprietary formulations, mixing, and sintering procedures, resulting in a ceramic product that requires little or no machining. Reduction in the machining process results in the elimination of fissures and micro cracks therefore improving product quality."

2. "Our Cetek Process enables us to produce large area ceramic componants with no distortions." (unique or not unique, I don't know)

3. "We have done extensive research over the past 5 years to develop the capabilities to manufacture different ceramic materials with our proprietary process. Our process yeilds ceramic material perfectly flat on firing with no camber. This eliminates subsequent firing thereby reducing the manufacturing cost." (the last two sentences are new for me)

4. And this is most important IMO: "Our Engineering staff will develop special formulations to meet customers' specifications and requirements. We will provide the prototypes in pre-production and production size quantities as required. We also provide Value Added Services to insure optimal value, quality, performance, and delivery."

This shows that Cetek can produce almost everything a customer desires at low risks, low costs and with good value. I think we are talking about knowledge and experience here. Nothing more and nothing less. The special Cetek ovens are tools, but it is obvious that you need to have knowledge to make a product.
