I believe anyone buying is aware of the current situation. But they chose to ignore the things we see as negative. That is their prerogative. We have three choices, check, bet or fold. It is also possible that the buyers have inside info (which in the past has be proven to be wrong). Objectivity, subjectivity, fear, greed, prudence, irrational behavior are all at play here. Some may win or we all could lose. Since Gene said he will give us financials then the longer this continues without Gene showing us the financials the less likely we succeed as it means he is hiding the truth because it is not going help him or the stock price. We all want to know the truth but that does not mean if it were given it would not hurt rather than help.
It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
