There is a minor increase in volume that has occurred previously on several occasions with no discernible difference in the long term behavior of the stock.

Although there is a lot of noise about the increase in the ask to .0002 and even a lot of chatter about the probability/possibility of .0003 the actual value of the stock itself has not changed in years.

The value of the shares to those that own them is the amount of money they can be exchanged for, in other words the 'bid'.

So regardless of the chatter and the volume, the actual value of the shares has not changed in years at .0001 (except of course for when there is no bid at all)

The chatter about stock moving on volume or even moving on air presumes the ability of interested investors to purchase shares without any obstacles, unfortunately the vast majority of brokers will not trade RCCH stock due to ongoing issues with the DTCC that the company does not seem able to resolve.

So in response to your allegorical references to recent events, based on the current situation neither the intelligent men rappelling down ropes nor the individual in the blanket watching television would be dumb enough to invest in this stock. Conversely anyone buying shares today is not aware of the current situation.
