Jerry...it's my opinion that Kendrick knew they were going to not only gravely mislead shareholders at the September 2010 SH meeting but also release the same misleading information in a PR the following day. At that time it is possible he was still considering taking over the CEO spot provided Brown and Harrs fed him enough free shares and cash to make it worth his while. Because of this and knowing the dilution was on the way, he stayed away so he could appear to have had nothing to do with any statements on the record and be innocent of the scamming.

Later when he saw how incredibly desperate and foolish the company appeared and how insanely pathetic the situation was handled blaming the largest dilutionary phase in corporate history, the loss of CIMA and a major ETC order and just about every other failure for the entire year on the excuse of a single piece of wood machining equipment breaking down and added that in with all the other dirty laundry he was going to have to haul to the dry cleaners, he said "forget it". And just to show how remarkably stupid Brown and Harrs thought their shareholders were, they then even blamed KENDRICK'S bailout on the router, lol....

Now, it is possible they may be trying to lure him back into taking the hot seat and washing all of the past lies and misleading crapola under the rug with a "fresh start". That would explain why he wouldn't talk with you...or anyone else. The second he starts answering questions, he would be implemented in Brown and Harrs cesspool and that would be the end of any "fresh start" and the chance at a couple really good final P&Ds after a reverse split. So, if Kendrick is going to be the CEO, that is also the reason he won't answer any of your questions. If he is not going to be the CEO, he may have just come down with a chronic case of mental health and won't be answering any of your questions anyway due to not wanting to risk spending a few months or years turning big rocks into little ones. Just MHO for what it's worth...
