The reappearance of James Kendrick is mysterious and bothersome. At the earliest outset, Mr. Kendrick was listed being a 10% owner. Then shortly after the corporations formation his name just vanishes with no mention of what transpired during that period of time. It's discomforting and worrisome because secrecy, vagueness and misleading actions have no place in public corporations.

I sent in three emails over a period of time politely requesting a very short meeting with James Kendrick. I wanted to get my gut feel for him and also inquire about his PR'd past dealings with Lowe's Companies.

An officer of the company finally informs me that James Kendrick is at this time not granting/accepting any shareholder requests until further notice. This information was passed on to me two weeks ago today.

I do not condone the company's actions, but I don't make policy decisions either.
