I am not convinced he will go to jail even if it is determined that he lied. He also probably thinks he is protected by the safehaven verbage etc. I think the FEDS have bigger fish to fry. You have to also understand Dean needs this to keep the company running so he continue to pay down litigation judgments. If DVIS is a bust so is the company and they will start executing on Dean faster than you can say "When not If" You don't really believe they spend 500K+ per quarter on the crappy refurb business do you? Without this project Dean business would have collapsed years ago.
