Maybe Dean was a putz and could not come up with a way to do it thinking the FDA would be all over him. Maybe he hired people that know how to get around the issue and they figure a way to show some kind of demo that will prove that the device works. I just do not get why the guy would spend all this time and effort trying to scam people for six years. If he was doing that he will go to jail. I do not think that is the case. I may be wrong. Only time will tell.
