NO. But I can say this. I just went through my second r/s in as many months. First ILNSD and this week CBAID. In both r/s, the common stockholder made money. The total dollar value of the stock went UP for all who held their shares. If TDCP does a r/s, I suspect they might combine it with some good news as I have discussed before. Given today's news, this Friday might tell us if they intend to do it or not. They are supposed to do their r/s if at all by June 1. But sometimes these guys do it after the stated date anyway so that those who want out can get out. I am staying in as long as the r/s is 25:1. 25:1 is the max they are allowed to do--assuming they follow that rule.
