Our own government, it's incompetence and complacency and lack of oversight of our financial and securities trading systems has allowed people like Ribotsky and other professional cons to abuse the system and take advantage of loopholes and deficiencies in the laws the government has written.
It's a whole frick'n black industry out there functioning to rob you of any hope or faith that you may have had in investing in any public company.
