I am not an expert by any means, but this is my back yard. I have been to collage for geology; although gold and silver are not my specialty I do know a great deal about mineralization. My area of interest is in Agate, Jasper, and Opal and I spend a great deal of time in the Owyhee Mountains collecting. I know War Eagle Mountain well, and go by the mill site about once a month to update. Every time I go by things are growing, I feel this is a good sign. I read many negative things on here about SFMI and their operation but I doubt anyone has spent much time out here besides me and Bobby Joe, I would like to know where they get their information. I know of many active mines on and around the mountain and know there is much silver, gold and other metals to be found.
