deplorable to think attornies on all sides, investigators, judge & clerks inherently could care less if this thing is expedited.

imo, this scenario of an extremely protracted case may be least expected based on all the board chatter we've seen.

after 18 months of watching this judicial circus, i feel i'd actually prefer a quick 2011 death/loss rather than some 4-decade ultimate victory that i personally wouldn't see or enjoy... it would just be too ironic and sadastic for me handle.
