Surfkast, I know little about MEDT's relationship with ANYT. According to dmarininvestor, MEDT & Anyt/MYFT share an attorney, William Haseltine. Back during the MEDT/ Forward Energy flap there was a lot of back and forth about 18 MM shares that MYFT may or may not have owed MEDT. I didn't take part in that. I saw the Forward Energy PR as a scam from day one and that's what brought me to the MEDT Message Board.

Back to Haseltine. The claims are that relations between MEDT and ANYT /MYFT were contentious. Why would both sides share an attorney? There have been LOTS os claims that MYFT's woes were because of the Old Regime.

Folks here may know that Richard Morgan and his wife Jean, ran ANYT. You may also know that Richard Morgan was formerly named Richard Windorski. That was his name when he ran OPLO. Haseltine has represented Windorski/Morgan since at least 2004

If the Old Regime was causing trouble for MYFT, why is Head still using the OPLLO/ ANYT attorney? Head first said he was going to do an audit and get uplisted, in March 2010. He said we PLANN to have it done by end of Q2 2010. Don't 'cha just love the Pinky protection of Forward Looking Statements?

NOTE: Mike Head is a former CPA! I would have thought MYFT attorney Haseltine would have said "Ah, Mike. You will need to include ANYT's records in an audit. ANYT's records are, shall we say, shaky. IMO, that was discussed. Hence we PLAN to do the audit.

This has grown into a long post I'll end it this way. OPLO, ANYT, MEDT, MYFT, EXMT . All companies with apparent conflicts share the same attorney. INCEST How in the World can this be taken as being in the shareholder's best interest?
