1.5B a/s since April, 2008. That's 3 year old fixed A/S.

Now O/S is 1.425B as of April 29, 2011.

With common 40% selling ratio of penny stock volume candles, they probably sold the remaining shares out of A/S this year all months through. Now they sold probably all. That's why o/s is almost 1.5B, same as A/S.

I'm pretty sure they will increase A/S to any above 5B pretty soon.

If then, I expect this to hang around 0.0002 or under 0.0003 before July begins.


You decide with your own DD, but I've done many times of playing a/s increase dumping. This is not certainly buying time. You'll get hell lot cheaper in one or two months. If you're trading, you probably seek 25% or 50% maximum.
