I wish Wave would do a little more collaborating with the trial lawyers and maybe help them understand how to use and/or influence the current and future consumer, employee cyber protection and compliance trails legislation. And maybe they are.
Nothing like a good ole team of American trial lawyers chasing an evil corporation's bank accounts to get the attention of CEOs. Looking forward to the day when I see the Texas Hammer (trial lawyer) advertising on tv.
"Have you been injured in a cyber attack? Well call me, The Texas Hammer and I will get you the money you deserve for your pain and your losses. We will go after the corporations that hurt you and possibly your kids, whom you didn't even know had their identity stolen years ago".......
Of course after the TCG & Wave saves the day and the trial lawyers no longer have this source of income maybe they will come after us. hmmm maybe I need another beer.....
