Diamond concluded: "What began as weekly phone calls has now grown to a level of daily communication and in-depth discussions. With our invitation we are now looking forward to our initial firsthand assessment of the scope of possibilities as the guests of our Saudi friends.

It is our objective to gain from our first visit, a better understanding of the physical, financial, and human resources that would have to be brought together to adequately address the oil-remediation needs and the municipal waste-to-energy needs that we may be uniquely able to provide for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries."

Please note: First sentence: "Scope of Possibilities". Second sentence: Human resources brought together for a better understanding of and address oil-remediation needs".

THEREFORE: If Saudis had no confidence in Bath, Inc. would they not have concluded this as a non starter? IMO, Their due diligence concluded this: We need to talk to Charles Diamond and initiate a business (S) relationship to benefit all parties involved.

I see no subterfuge here, no misrepresentation, no duplicity.

My only conclusion is this. If the Saudis see a potential benefit, I will hang with them. GO MOP.
