I don't think so, surfkast. The United Freight Management I'm asking about is a company that was formed in May 2010 by Mike Head, Russ Hafferkamp and Bob Walters. You need a play card to keep up with the players.

Russ Hafferkamp was announced as a new MYFT BOD member in Jan 2011. I find it odd that Hafferkamp's association with Head, in another freight business, wasn't mentioned in the PR announcing his appointment to the MYFT BOD.

Bob Walters is the CEO of FMI, a private company, that MYFT announced an agreement with, last week. The agreement involves MYFT moving their contract management business into an unidentified subsidiary, which will be managed by FMI.

what-a-mess posted information on UFM last week on the MYFT board. I've been wondering if UFM might be part of the new subsidiary that MYFT's contract management business is being moved to. I've also wondered what tie MYFT's SH will maintain with the new subsidiary. A new dividend distribution?

Transparency is a wonderful thing.
