Brazil's Vale Says Investment Budget To Fall On Project Delays

RIO DE JANEIRO -(Dow Jones)- Brazilian miner Vale SA (VALE, VALE5.BR) said its project investment budget may fall to about $20 billion this year from the previously announced $24 billion.
