But the NSS is a NON ISSUE for this proceeding, don't you get that? This is not about NSS. THE SEC are the one's TAKING CMKX to court for specific reasons. Why is that so difficult to understand? If CMKX or shareholders want a court to listen to the NSS issue, then they should file a suit. This is about CMKX failing to file, nothing more, nothing less.
