While your first statement is true, I believe your second statement is unlikely for this fiscal year.

In my opinion, for the share price to break below $1, which would start the timeline in the process, the company would need to see a dramatic fall-off in revenue or an accusation of some wrong-doing. I don’t see either happening.

I do not expect a profit this quarter, and I don't know anyone that is expecting that. I believe the lower expectations are built into the share price although I can see a fall below $3 just because it has done that before in spite of news. That may be a physiological point for some people and it wouldn’t surprise me to see it hit $2.85 then followed by a bounce back.

But, with Wave, share price doesn't seem to follow any reasoned pattern so I may just be blowing smoke.
