I looked briefly at BRZL as followers of it showed up on the CDIV board due to Nazir from CDIV.
That shell looks ugly, it had Moore as its auditor to start and Joseph Emas as the lawyer on the deal. Between just those 3 names blehhhhh. The shell appears to be created for a promotion. Almost a billion shares out and gagged TA kinda says all anyone should need to know though LOL Pump and dump trash.......
