ECDC / ZSTN: interesting analysis by this staffer from Wallsteet Newscast.
Working on a Pre 8k evaluation now. Having a number of facts/variables to look at before filing could determine how much we all hold.
When you look at the competitors surrounding ZSTN, SATS & MMI come to mind. $34 & $24.
Now we're not talking apples2appels, but I'm looking into the combined IP of both ZSTN/ECDC.
This is where the good stuff is stashed away
I spent about 8 months in my earlier years working for a GPS entity thus realizing the competitive nature in this arena is heavily saturated with very little upside as far as IP from anyone trying to hit a home run.
That said, what sets ECDC apart from others is the LogiBoxx and GATIS [a total solution], which as John Boger stated: "an unprecedented business decision-making tool",
Those who have done their homework in regards to the Logiboxx, where it's currently deployed, why and for whom... understand the IP behind this product is very unique!
Evidently too, there patents must be rock solid!
What I'd like to see happen is ECDC/ZSTN present a long term plan, make the evaluation of both companies going into a possible MERGER so tasteful to investors there's more upside into holding shares.
ZSTN:
*1st quarter 2011 financials showed a sharp % growth on all levels
* Real discounted valuation with a PE of just under 2, with a trailing twelve month EPS of $1.90, and a stock price of just $3.73 per share
* Potential upside: 52-Wk Range $2.51 - $8.48
If I like what I see, I'm hoping for up to a 200% profit from here, then possibly hold 30% leading into a merger if it happens.
The potential for ZSTN with ECDC IP has me thinking the 52wkhi of ZSTN $8.48 is very obtainable.
This just doesn't have the look of a sell into the next run, then move onto the next play.
For those that think ZSTN just happened to knock on the ECDC front door in the past few weeks or even months and start discussions, it just doesn't happen that way. ZSTN has done their homework and for quite sometime maybe up to a year or so before this announcement.
