Yes, they did janice. You can read can't you. For the last time, no merger, no clearing up the NSS = no store. This has been stated more than once.

EIGH is not making demands to FINRA... by law they have a right to ask for an update on their share exchange. Don't everybody jump on me all at once now...

Of course there is no such thing as NSS, it's all a myth.
