Nelson has the option, not Airbee. Once Nelson exercises his option and buys the Identity business THEN Airbee has the option to buy it back from Nelson at a premium. But Nelson is the one who has the option FIRST. If he does not exercise it there is nothing for Airbee to buy - they already own it.
