bid price for 90 days for even Small Cap listing is a big issue. I know if Huff could have went to Nas Small Cap he would have. In our latest filing we barely met the shareholder equity minimum. The timing of acceptance to AMEX with relation to business plan draws a whole new group of investors and funding opportunities. I believe the AMEX was the only choice for now...thanks...rock
