No one has responded to the question posed by me on 5/7 as to why ABEW would have an option to buy a company that they already
owned? Pink sheet companies are not required to meet even minimal
standards of accountabilty. Does it make sence that a company
without revenue is buying out companies. What payroll are they
responsible for? What are the costs associated with using their
software with Identity products. The key competitor Figure 8
is privately owned and has attracted $4,000,000 in venture capital
money and has parnered with established tech companies like Atmel.
