While walking back to the house with today's mail,
and certain that I still did not have an IDCC proxy to vote,

a vision of sugar plums did dance in my head,...

We could get award news from the Paris France ICC,
or something much better from the Espoo Finland Nokia Oyj,
before a proxy to vote from IDCC in "K" Oh! "P".

No worry about voting for Harry with such a thought,
the point would be moot as he took his bow,
and spoke farewell from the crest of the first great wave,
in the flood tide to follow from his own will.
